Friday 30th November - Update 2

I have replaced the guestbook with forums (hosted by ourselves, rather than another company). This means people will have to register to post on them, but it also means we can keep in touch and post thoughts on different topics.

Friday 30th November

The Prize Bingo with pie and peas was a great success. Everybody seemed to enjoy the food, and the church hall was for one night transformed into a bingo hall! Thank you to Sonia, Rachael and Neil for arranging most of the night, which went off without a hitch! Please see the events page for a few pictures of the big night

Sunday 25th November

Today saw the first performance of the St. Marys Church music group. The group led the congregation in the singing of traditional hymns Such Love, Majesty and My Jesus, My Saviour. The music group will also be performing at the carol service in December.

Wednesday 21st November

After a poll (running on both this site and in St. Mary's Church), we have finally picked the church "motto". Out of a selection of twenty, the winner was "The Light On The Hill". This will go out on all correspondence from the church. Thank you for taking the time to vote.
